Program Description: 

THIS SERIES IS NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

This series of presentations is designed to provide continuing education for psychotherapists who treat children and adolescents in a school-based practice by learning to work with educators and student support services as therapeutic allies.

Target audience: 

Psychologists, social workers, counselors, and other allied mental health professionals

Learning objectives: 

1.  List common presentations of childhood anxiety disorders

2.  Describe evidence-based strategies in individual psychotherapy

3.  Discuss benefits of parental involvement in the treatment of childhood anxiety
