This series of presentations is designed to provide continuing education for psychotherapists who treat children and adolescents in a school-based practice by learning to work with educators and student support services as therapeutic allies.
Psychologists, social workers, counselors, and other allied mental health professionals
1. Describe a culturally sensitive approach to assessing and addressing disruptive behavior
2. List the limits of individual psychotherapy in addressing disruptive behavior
3. Design a classroom-based intervention for disruptive behavior
